Refund policy

Pre-orders The first edition of The Dharma Planner 2027 is sold as a pre-order. Payment is taken in full at the time of order, and your copy is reserved from a print run limited to 550.

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order enters fulfilment. Email info@swaha-co.com with your order number and we will refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If printing is delayed If we cannot ship by the date stated at the time of your order, we will email you before that date with a revised date. You may accept the new date or cancel for a full refund. We will not hold your payment against an indefinite delay.

After delivery Because this is a dated, limited edition, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once a copy has been delivered.

If your copy arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email info@swaha-co.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage where a return is needed.
